A reputed company engaged in manufacturing and supply of refractory and industrial products is hiring a Quality Supervisor to oversee quality inspection, process compliance, and product standards across manufacturing operations. - Supervise quality inspection activities for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and process inspections as required.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality deviations during production.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation accurately.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety norms, and quality procedures.
- Guide and supervise quality inspection staff and shop floor teams.
- Candidates with manufacturing or industrial quality supervision experience preferred.
