• Supervise laboratory testing activities for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensure accurate testing, sample analysis, and quality inspection procedures.
• Monitor laboratory equipment, instruments, and testing standards regularly.
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, ISO procedures, and safety norms.
• Supervise laboratory staff, technicians, and testing operations efficiently.
• Analyze test results and report deviations or non-conformities to management.
• Support process improvement initiatives for better product quality and consistency.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of testing materials and laboratory samples.
• Candidates with industrial laboratory or quality testing experience preferred.
