Industry : Manufacturer and Supplier of Diesel Generator Sets etc.
Duty Hours : 8 Hours + Canteen +Provide Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
• Supervise manpower and shop floor operations efficiently.
• Maintain production quality and minimize rejection/rework.
• Prepare production reports and maintain documentation.
• Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
• Follow safety standards and company production procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement activities.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
• Understanding of fabrication, assembly, and machining operations
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving and coordination abilities
