Position:       Design Engineer

Location:      Kalol - Gandhinagar

Experience:   2 - 3 Years

Responsibilities: 

• Create models of various equipments and its parts, and prepare manufacturing drawings on design software. Basic understanding on the requirement of preparing drawings as per various codes.
• Acquaint with tolerances and fits to reassembled them in manufacturing drawings as per function, fit and design requirements.
• Convert all drawing from 2D to 3D models and vice versa.
• Convert drawings of models prepared from one modeling software to other modeling software.
• Augment modeling of new designs as per instruction and guidance.
• Develop modeling of jigs and fixtures as required and prepare manufacturing drawings.
• Resolve design errors and modifications, improvements as and when applicable based on input from production, service and other sources.
• Prepare and update BOM for each job as soon as design is ready or modified and intimate to concern person.
• Build material costing of each design and equipment as and when required.
• Make necessary changes in standard design for a specific job as and when required.
• Prepare the conceptual drawings, G. A. drawings, Room-lay out drawings and prepare as built drawing as and when required.
• Understand the cGMP requirement of all equipment for the Pharma market segment.
• Follow ISO 9000 procedure related to the function.
• Remove the old version of all drawings from the circulation as and when the revised drawing is prepared.
• Visit the customer places and vendor places to understand the constraints or take measurements as well smooth execution of jobs. 

Required Skills

• Good command in Creo, AutoCAD (2D, 3D)
• He must have a strong attitude towards learning Technology.
• He should have hands-on experience on MS Office.
• Good communication skills.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
