• Planning and designing building layouts and construction structures
• Preparing architectural drawings, 2D/3D designs, and project plans
• Coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and site teams
• Visiting project sites and monitoring construction progress
• Ensuring designs comply with safety standards and client requirements
• Preparing project presentations, BOQ, and material specifications
• Managing project timelines and maintaining quality standards
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related architectural software
• Good understanding of construction processes and site execution
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle project planning and documentation independently
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Civil-related field
