We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company specializing in topical formulations such as creams, ointments, gels, and lotions. The candidate should have strong exposure to quality assurance systems, documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle overall Quality Assurance activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Review and approve batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, SOPs, specifications, and validation documents.
- Monitor IPQA activities and ensure adherence to quality systems.
- Coordinate with production, QC, and regulatory departments for smooth operations.
- Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity practices.
- Maintain compliance for products including creams, ointments, gels, etc.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical QA systems.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Leadership and team-handling ability.
