Job Description:
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 support for SAP MM-related issues and service requests
- Handle and resolve tickets within defined SLAs
- Support procurement processes including PR, PO, GR, and Invoice Verification
- Assist users with Material Master and Vendor Master data
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate to L2/L3 teams when required
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, WM)
- Assist in testing, documentation, and user training
- Ensure smooth day-to-day SAP MM operations
🔑 Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management)
- Understanding of procurement lifecycle (PR → PO → GR → IV)
- Experience in ticket handling / support environment
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
