Job Description:
Position: Sr. Executive - Mechanical
Location: Silvassa
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Support JH activities including CLIT preparation, review, and operator training
- Support Yellow Tag mitigation and weekly updates; perform why-why analysis for major breakdowns and implement CAPA
- Drive ZERO FAILURE and Quality Improvement projects; maintain Equipment Health Score above 70% coordinate with Utility operators during B-Shift Circulate
- Daily PM Compliance and Yellow Fuguai Mitigation reports perform HVAC validation and calibration of plant instruments & gauges
- Execute Preventive Maintenance activities with 100% compliance.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance,
- TPM, CAPA, HVAC systems, calibration, root cause analysis, quality improvement projects,
- Maintenance documentation,
- Communication, and team coordination skills.
Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
Salary: - Upto 8.50 LPA
