Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Associate Sales Manager for a reputed Real Estate Company for their  Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur) Office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute project-specific sales strategies to achieve defined revenue targets.
  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective buyers through structured follow-ups and relationship-building.
  • Conduct and coordinate site visits, ensuring a high-quality customer experience that drives conversions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from lead nurturing to booking and post-sales coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and reporting.
  • Stay updated on Indian real estate regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and customers.
  • Ensure high responsiveness and availability during peak sales periods, including weekends at project sites.
  • Be open to travelling to project sites as required to support sales activities and client engagements.
