Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for the role of Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling client coordination, lead follow-ups, backend sales support, documentation, and maintaining smooth communication with customers and internal teams. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation and client follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients regarding document collection, requirements, and updates through calls and emails.
Draft professional emails, quotations, reports, and other business documents.
Maintain records of inquiries, client interactions, survey visits, pending documents, and report submissions.
Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely task completion and minimum TAT.
Support the sales team with backend coordination and customer data management.
Update and maintain CRM/database with accurate sales and client information.
Assist in preparing valuation reports, survey reports, MIS reports, and operational documentation.
Perform day-to-day back-office operations and administrative support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong email drafting and report-writing skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
Basic understanding of customer handling and sales coordination.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Prior experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Back-office Operations will be preferred.
