Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective coordination across departments, and seamless execution of business priorities. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

• Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for leadership
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
• Handle confidential information with discretion

2. Coordination & Communication

• Act as a bridge between leadership and internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain)
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, vendors, and partners
• Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deliverables

3. Operations Support

• Assist in setting up and streamlining restaurant operations
• Track key performance metrics (sales, installations, events, etc.)
• Support execution of new launches, events, and campaigns

4. Project Management

• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timelines are met
• Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards
• Identify gaps and proactively suggest solutions

5. Administrative Tasks

• Manage travel, bookings, and expense tracking
• Organize documents, contracts, and records
• Support HR coordination when required

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years in Executive Assistant / Operations / Business Coordination role
• Experience in F&B, QSR, retail, or startup ecosystem is a plus
