S1 — Senior Designer

The design voice — translating client vision into buildable, beautiful interiors.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Senior Designer owns the creative and production output for assigned projects. You take a brief from the client and deliver complete design development — layouts, elevations, production drawings, and 3D detailing. You are the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors on your projects. You work independently and are accountable for design quality and timeline adherence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop layout options and present alternatives to clients
• Translate reference images and client briefs into detailed elevation and design drawings
• Produce complete production drawing sets for carpentry, civil, and finishing works
• Create 3D details for complex joinery, toilets, kitchens, and custom elements
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and design review sessions
• Coordinate with contractors on site to ensure design intent is executed correctly
• Manage vendor discussions for materials, furniture, and custom items
• Manage design revisions and ensure drawing version control across the project

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 4–7 years in an interior design studio with client-facing experience
• Strong design sensibility — ability to develop a concept and carry it through to execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one 3D tool (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, or similar)
• Confident in client communication — presentations, revisions, and feedback management
• Ability to direct junior team members and review their output
