Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Professional with strong exposure to redevelopment and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for project feasibility evaluation, handling statutory approvals, coordinating with MCGM and other authorities, and ensuring timely compliance for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and prepare redevelopment proposals under DCPR regulations such as 33(7), 33(9), 33(10), 33(11), and 33(19).
• Conduct feasibility studies for redevelopment projects.
• Coordinate with Liaison Architects for submission and follow-up of proposals with MCGM.
• Obtain approvals, permissions, NOCs, and remarks from various authorities.
• Handle CTS records, property-related documents, and approval documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, architects, and internal departments for timely clearances.
• Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and statutory requirements.
• Monitor project approval timelines and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate across departments for smooth project execution and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  (Candidates with 10–15 years of relevant field experience may also be considered.)
• 8–10 years of experience in liaisoning and approvals within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of DCPR regulations and redevelopment processes.
• Experience in handling MCGM proposals and municipal approvals.
• Good communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in redevelopment projects in the Mumbai region.
• Strong network with government authorities and consultants.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation skills.
