Fluent english required.
Job Description
- Prior experience in a flight booking, travel agency, or call center environment preferred
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Farebuzz, Skybird) is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ready to work in Night Shift ( US Timing) 7pm to 4am
- Excellent English communication is must
