Job Description:

Position:        Sr. Executive - Maintenance

Location:         Silvassa

Experience:      5 - 7

Industries:       Steel 

Responsibilities:      

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all machines and equipment including, Furnaces, Drawing , stranding , Galvanizing, etc
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reduce breakdowns and increase efficiency.
• Maintain and update maintenance logs, equipment history records, and spare part inventory.
• Collaborate with the production and electrical maintenance teams to ensure smooth plantoperations.
• Manage breakdown calls and ensure quick response and resolution.
• Implement and improve predictive maintenance using condition monitoring tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repair services and spare parts procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Support the implementation of TPM, Kaizen, and 5S in maintenance practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipments.
• Good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and fabrication.
• Problem-solving attitude with hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Awareness of industrial safety practices.

Required Qualification:- B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
