Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Spares & Service (Concrete Machinery)

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling spare parts sales, after-sales service coordination, customer support, inventory management, and technical service activities for concrete machinery such as batching plants, transit mixers, concrete pumps, and construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage spare parts sales and service support for concrete machinery.
• Coordinate with customers regarding breakdowns, AMC, maintenance, and service schedules.
• Handle spare parts inventory, procurement, and dispatch activities.
• Prepare quotations, service reports, and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for machine installation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend preventive maintenance.
• Achieve service and spare parts sales targets.
• Maintain MIS reports, warranty records, and service documentation.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of concrete/construction machinery and spare parts.
• Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Inventory and vendor management knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate field service activities.
• Familiarity with ERP/MS Office.

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma / BE Mechanical or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in concrete machinery, construction equipment, or heavy equipment industry.
