Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Excellence Project Manager to lead and execute service improvement and digital transformation projects. The primary focus of this role will be on delivering and managing Power BI projects while also supporting initiatives involving Monday.com, Power Platform, and ServiceMax.

The ideal candidate should have experience in requirement gathering, translating business needs into actionable user stories, exposure to Agile methodologies, and a working knowledge of Power BI development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and understand customer needs through discussions and workshops.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Manage and execute projects related to Power BI, Monday.com, Power Platform, and ServiceMax.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Work within Agile methodologies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and project tracking.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Support implementation of service excellence initiatives across teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination/project management.
• Experience in gathering requirements and documenting customer stories/user stories.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Power BI development and reporting concepts.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Power Platform, or ServiceMax would be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital transformation or service excellence projects.
• Certification in Agile/Scrum or Power BI is preferred.
