Recruitment and Selection
 Develop and execute recruiting plans (Manpower planning)
 Handling end-to-end recruitment
Training and Development
 Planning talent needs & managing learning and development assignments
 Manage the training MIS and the related administrative function
 Make training list for the employee and training documents for the company record
Employee Relations and Counselling
 Encouraging employees to talk about issues they feel they cannot normally share with others
 Establishing relationship of trust and respect with employees
 Coordination with all the staff members
 Imparting motivation/ suggestions to employees
 Responsible for bridging the gap between the management and the employees
Administration
 Administrative duties and record keeping
 Taking faculty feedback on monthly basis
 Ensuring smooth functioning of the organization/ branch
 Evaluating the performance of employees
 Perform other related duties incidental to the work described above
Work Experience and Skills required:
 0-2 year of human resources experience
 Relationship building
 Convincing power
 Excellent inter-personal skills
 Excellent computer skills
 Good analytical and logical skills
 Effective oral and written communication skills.
 General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
 Skills in database management and record keeping
