  • Drive Insurance Sales through various business and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and retail clients.
  • Provide advisory solutions across Life, Health, and General Insurance.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing wealth and broking clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client financial and protection needs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for business growth and expansion.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance Sales.
  • Candidates from Broking Channel / Wealth Management / Financial Services preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience handling HNI and Affluent clientele preferred.
  • Target-driven approach with consultative selling skills.
