Ensure all products comply with technical specifications, drawings, and utility standards.

Identify defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize rejection rates.

3. Maintenance & Asset Management
Set up preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for all factory machinery (crimping machines, injection/molding setups, fabrication tools).

Minimize machinery downtime to ensure uninterrupted production cycles.

Maintain an inventory of critical machine spares.

4. Leadership & Reporting
Supervise, train, and motivate the shop floor technicians and laborers.

Maintain daily production logs, breakdown reports, and QA checklists.

Report directly to management regarding output efficiency and resource requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, fabrication, crimping, or molding processes. Familiarity with electrical hardware or switchgear components is highly preferred.

Core Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings, proficiency in QA/QC documentation, and knowledge of basic machine maintenance.
