AGM & DGM/GM – Export Marketing
Job Description:
1. Establishing Farmson as a world leader in paracetamol, paracetamol dc and other new
molecules caffeine, levosalbutamol etc by identifying potential countries and responsible
for penetrating the targeted markets and catering the customers
2. To have the thorough understanding of the sales process product knowledge, market
knowledge, customer profile, regulatory requirements along with competitors’ capacity,
regulatory approvals and pricing strategy.
3. Monthly analysis of export and import data of Indian and Chinese supplies of
paracetamol PAP, PNVB, evolving a mechanism of market demand and supply along
with forecast of the month and sales promotion activities
4. Planning visit to targeted market (APAC & MENA Region) and customer visit for
enhancing the customer base.
5. Pricing, order finalization, execution of orders, follow up of payment collection and
customer bonding
6. Organizing for CPHI participation and enhancement of Farmson Brand visibility across
globe.
7. Regulatory approvals worldwide listed out as we may go for it based on volume achieve
from the country
8. Nurture team members for future responsibility
9. Periodic review of customer performance, country performance, performing market share
enhancement activities
10. Achieving sales budgets as mutually discussed and decided.
11. Responsible for business development in international markets for bulk drugs/API39;s and
strengthen existing ones
12. Corresponding and servicing independently with existing customers
13. Participate in all brand planning and budget meetings and assist in development of brand
planning deliverables
14. To carry out all activities related to Marketing of API.
15. To meet existing customers, Follow-ups to direct customers for sales, to evaluate the
business opportunities and to offer sales support.
16. Identifying new areas of business & develop new markets & new customers.
17. Facilitating customer audits.
18. Attending customer complaints & make sure that complaint get resolved.
19. Follow up with factory for their production plan & dispatches.
20. All sales related activities starting from enquiry generation to after sales service and
follow up for repeat order.
21. New customer development
22. New product development and market research.
23. Coordinating with R&D, Production and Dispatch department for timely delivery to
customers to guide supply chain department.
