Job Description:

Position:        EHS Officer

Location:       Silvassa

Experience:    4 - 5 Years

Industries:     Chemical 

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local EHS laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor workplace safety practices and identify hazards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Maintain EHS documentation, permits, and records.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and evacuation drills.
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Monitor waste management and environmental control measures.
• Liaise with government authorities and auditors during inspections.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and audits.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Incident investigation and reporting ability.
• Risk assessment and hazard identification.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Fire and Safty

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
