Job Description:

Position:      Instrument Technician

Location:       Silvassa

Experience:    3 - 4 Years

Industries:     Chemical 

 Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments such as pressure,temperature, flow, and level transmitters
• Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems
• Troubleshoot faults in control systems, sensors, and transmitters
• Work with control systems like PLC, DCS, and SCADA (basic to intermediate level)
• Maintain and service control valves, actuators, and positioners
• Ensure proper loop checking and commissioning of instruments
• Read and interpret P&ID diagrams, loop diagrams, and technical drawings
• Maintain documentation for calibration and maintenance records
• Follow safety standards, especially in hazardous chemical environments
• Support shutdown and plant maintenance activities

Required Skills:

• Experience in instrumentation for chemical/process plants.
• Troubleshooting
• Basic PLC/DCS knowledge
• Calibration skills
• Safety awareness

Required Qualification: - ITI/Diploma - Electronics

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
