Position: Production Supervisor
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Location: Vasai
Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
• Monitor machine operations and manpower utilization.
• Maintain production quality standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain records.
• Identify production issues and support in resolving them.
• Ensure proper discipline and housekeeping in the production area.
• Train and guide workers/operators for efficient performance.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
• Good communication and team handling skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Mechanical background candidates preferred.
• Freshers with good learning attitude can also apply.
• Candidates with manufacturing/production experience will be an added advantage.
