Job Responsibilities:
* Handle client inquiries over phone.
* Guide and counsel students/parents.
* Provide information about services and programs.
* Maintain follow-ups and build client relationships.
* Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
Requirements:
* Excellent English communication.
* Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
* Freshers with strong communication are welcome.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
