The role involves preparing and issuing invoices accurately and on schedule, maintaining and updating billing records in company systems, and ensuring timely tracking of payments with proactive follow‑up on outstanding accounts. In addition, candidates will support the team with filing, documentation, and reporting activities, contributing to the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization’s financial operations.
