Mechanical Execution Engineer for MNC Pharma Company

Job Description:

It will be on the third-party payroll of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd

Role Purpose

Ensure reliable and maintainable mechanical design for process plants.

Key Responsibilities

Execution of process equipment’s at site – formulation equipment, Pumps, Piping, centrifuge, Boiler, Chiller, Utility equipment for large-scale manufacturing, engineer must be hands on all installations and manufacturing equipment.
Project Management, Project budgeting and costing, execution of projects etc.
Managing Relationships with Key Stakeholders
Execution of piping and equipment is as per P&I Diagram, and experience in Installation and Commissioning.
Preparation of Technical specs, review of vendor documents / Drawings for Mechanical works.
Define, evaluate and prepare engineering standard, scope of work, materials and equipment for the projects.
Project execution as per required Utility and infrastructure design, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Specify process equipment, Process Control and Automation.
Project execution - oversee all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs.
Responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope. They also hire and manage subcontractors and employees, gather permits, and ensure all aspects of the project.
The main Project execution responsibilities are overall project planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans and are able to use these as a benchmark to track overall progress.
They must develop a comprehensive project plan, track the progress of this plan, and effectively communicate the plan with employees and clients.
