Job Title : Sales Executive
Location : Mohali
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end property sales including lead follow-ups and deal closures
- Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features and pricing
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CP visits)
- Generate sales through direct clients and channel partner networks
- Assist clients with bookings, documentation, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activity
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor projects
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Mandatory ability to read, speak, and understand Punjabi
- Experience in handling CP visits and broker networks
- Target-driven and customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in real estate sales
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with regular site visits
