Job Description:

Job Title :  Sales Executive 

Location  :  Mohali 

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end property sales including lead follow-ups and deal closures
  • Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features and pricing
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CP visits)
  • Generate sales through direct clients and channel partner networks
  • Assist clients with bookings, documentation, and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activity
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor projects
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Mandatory ability to read, speak, and understand Punjabi
  • Experience in handling CP visits and broker networks
  • Target-driven and customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in real estate sales

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role with regular site visits
