Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
- Plant Operations & P&L: Take full accountability for the facility’s financial performance, operational budgets, and capital expenditure (CAPEX).
- Production & Efficiency: Develop production schedules, maximize capacity utilization, and implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM).
- Quality & Compliance: Guarantee that all products and processes meet regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, IATF) while actively managing deviations and root causes.
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate with procurement and dispatch to ensure seamless inventory management and timely delivery of finished goods.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop plant management and cross-functional teams.
