Junior Structural Draftsman

Job Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled Junior Structural Draftsman to prepare structural drawings and detailing for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in RCC and steel structural drafting with strong technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare structural drawings including foundation layouts, RCC detailing, and steel structure drawings
Draft plans, sections, elevations, reinforcement, and fabrication drawings
Modify and update drawings based on design revisions
Coordinate structural drawings with architectural and MEP teams
Ensure compliance with structural standards and specifications
Maintain organized drawing records and project documentation
Prepare bar bending schedules and quantity-related detailing when required
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
Knowledge of Revit Structure, STAAD, Tekla, or similar software preferred
Good understanding of RCC and steel detailing
Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work within project timelines
Preferred Skills
Exposure to industrial structural projects and fabrication drawings
Understanding of reinforcement detailing and steel connections
Good communication and coordination skills
