Position: HR Executive
Location: Katargam, Surat

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR professional to manage core HR functions including payroll processing, HR policies, employee engagement, and people management. The candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in handling HR operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end salary calculation process
* Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data
* Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
* Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention activities
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
* Coordinate with management for workforce planning and HR strategies
* Maintain HR documentation and reports
* Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes professionally

Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of salary calculation.
* Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
* Excellent people management and communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Good leadership and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools
