Job Description:
Position: Sales Coodinator
Location: Sarigam near by Vapi
Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:
- Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Receivables
- Manage and monitor receivable across the function and prepare regular reports
- Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely communication. Also work with Government agencies for licence applications and follow-ups
- Order Management
- Oversee order processing, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and compliance documents.
- Cross-functional Liaison
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and finance teams to align customer requirements with company capabilities.
- Performance Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of chemical products, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Required Qualification: - B.Com/BBA/B.Sc - Chemsitry
Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
