📍 Location: Hazira, Surat

Key Responsibilities:
* Attend incoming business calls related to franchise opportunities, events, and machine inquiries
* Explain the JuiceTap business model and services to potential clients
* Forward qualified leads to the sales team for closure
* Handle customer and business partner queries professionally
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead management and follow-ups
* Manage calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications effectively
* Maintain proper records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups
* Support customer complaint coordination and resolution when required

Requirements:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident in handling business inquiries and client conversations
* Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
* Basic computer, email, and WhatsApp handling knowledge
* Customer service or telecalling experience preferred
* Ability to manage escalations professionally
