Job Description:

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Project Manager – Facade to lead and manage facade/glazing/aluminium projects across India. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, coordination, planning, site management, client communication, and ensuring the timely completion of projects within quality and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of facade, glazing, curtain wall, ACP, and aluminium projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal departments.
Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and execution strategy.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Handle site activities including installation, quality control, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with design, procurement, fabrication, and installation teams.
Conduct site meetings and prepare project progress reports.
Ensure proper material planning and availability at the site.
Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
Manage subcontractors and site supervisors effectively.
Support billing, measurements, and project documentation activities

Skills:

Strong knowledge of facade systems, glazing, curtain wall, and aluminium works.
Good understanding of project planning and site execution.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, or ERP software is preferred.
Ability to travel across India for project execution.
