Autocad Drawing & Design Approval executive (Civil Industry)
Job Description:
Role Summary
The CAD / Drawing Coordination Support Executive will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing architectural and approval drawings for real estate projects. The role requires strong AutoCAD expertise, understanding of approval norms, and coordination with architects, structural, MEP, fire, and other consultants to ensure drawings comply with statutory approval requirements.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, fire consultants, and approval teams for drawing submissions and revisions.
- Review approval drawings to ensure compliance with FSI, setbacks, road width, parking, OSR, fire norms, and other statutory requirements.
- Support preparation and verification of submission drawings for approval processes.
- Maintain drawing revision records and ensure latest approved versions are properly tracked and circulated.
- Verify whether architectural drawings align with approval requirements and applicable regulations.
- Manage drawing documentation, consultant coordination, and submission support activities.
- Assist approval and project teams in resolving drawing-related observations and corrections.
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Accuracy and compliance of approval drawings.
- Timely coordination of drawing revisions and consultant updates.
- Proper maintenance of drawing revision control records.
- Reduction in drawing-related approval observations and corrections.
- Timely support for submission and approval coordination activities.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Required Skills
- Strong AutoCAD drafting and drawing coordination expertise.
- Good understanding of approval drawings and statutory norms.
- Knowledge of FSI, setbacks, parking norms, OSR, road width, and fire regulations.
Preferred skills
- Experience in real estate approval drawing coordination.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple consultants and project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CMDA / DTCP / Corporation approval drawing requirements.
