About the role:

Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to the company, including managing budgets, financial reporting, and supervising the accounting team. 

Responsibilities:

·         Financial Planning and Budgeting:

Develop and implement financial plans and budgets.

Monitor actual performance against budget and identify variances.

Provide financial forecasts and analyses to support decision-making.

·         Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and finalize financial statements and reports.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

·         Accounting Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

·         Team Management and Development:

Supervise and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support.

·         Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.

Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure the integrity of financial systems and processes.

·         Strategic Financial Guidance:

Provide financial advice and guidance to management on key strategic decisions.

Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance. 

Candidate requirements:

·         Qualification- CA/MBA-Finance

·         Experience- 15 yrs and above.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
