We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to handle overall quality operations and inspection activities in the manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in quality testing and inspection processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
- Perform and supervise Microscope Examination
- Handle Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT)
- Maintain quality standards and inspection documentation
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production teams for quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards
- Prepare quality reports and maintain testing records
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Microscope Examination
- Experience in Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT)
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage shop floor quality activities independently
