Job Description:
Band C1 - Pune
- Education : Atleast BCOM with experience of +15 Years in FAO domain; ( preferably : CA /ICWA)
- AP + R2R domain experience,
- Should be Hands on Job as besides team management will also be performing period close reviews ;
- Shift timings :
- Non Month End : 4 PM to 2 AM in night to provide US coverage;
- Month End ( 5 Days in a week ) : US Window : 6 PM onwards depending upon close deliverables ;
• Team Span : Need to manage team size of + 75 to 90 resources;

Strong area – Accounts Payable (should have an understanding of R2R)
Team sizes managed – 50-70 FTE

US Shift
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs for aligned accounts, meeting C-Sat requirements for aligned clients in F&A space
- Manage service delivery for AP, AR and O2C and RTR.
- Leader overall FAO operations including FP & A and RTR
- Meeting top line / bottom line targets for aligned account/s
- Providing leadership to the team, talent retention (meeting attrition targets), people capability building
- Interaction with clients and handling all escalations
- Responsible for establishing Governance structure
- Provide strategic inputs to the clients for better operations / restructuring
- Farming the existing accounts for additional growth
- Ability to pool in resources being internal or external connects during the need for new or existing business
- Had driven implementation of RPA, bots and cognitive finance
- Experienced in solution defense as Delivery head and ability to make presentation to the existing or prospective clients
- Showcase though leadership and bring in new ideas
- Responsible for driving operational efficiencies, by performing process transformations / automations /RPA
- Support and drive all organization’s initiatives viz, quality initiatives, risk and compliance, and HR initiatives etc.
- Getting involved and working closely with Presales / Solution team and provide strategic inputs for the new RFPs / expansions
- Meeting prospective clients as and when required to show case capability
- Contribution to business development for additional business
- Meeting Service levels and Driving process improvements
- Experience in driving high people engagement index
Skills Desired:
- In-depth knowledge and appreciation of domain in F&A (AP/AR/O2C).
- Strong experience in managing transformations
- Understanding of revenue accounting, cash accounting, inter company accounting, trial balance, accruals, adjustments, reconciliations, and Fixed Asset Accounting
- Understanding of Order to Cash cycle (Cash applications, collections, credits)
- Hands-on experience in F&A Delivery in BPO/SSC.
- Client management ability
- Excellent articulation and communication skills
- Superb interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders

Technology Competence
- Working experience of SAP
- Working knowledge of Blackline
- Working knowledge of HighRadius shall be an added advantage

Others
- Flexibility to work in US shift
- Years of relevant experience – 15+ years
Preferred qualification
- CA or ICWA or both or CPA or ACCA
- Certifications in IFRS, Any digital FAO certification
Minimum qualifications
- Post Graduate in commerce or MBA – Finance
- BCOM (H)
