Job Description:

Sales Execution:

  • Achieve sales targets for RMU and CSS products in the Rajasthan territory.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Technical Support:

  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance to customers, ensuring product suitability.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for customized solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.

Market Intelligence:

  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends in Rajasthan.
  • Share insights with product management for continuous improvement.

Experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience in sales of electrical switchgear, RMU, CSS, or related power distribution
    equipment.

Prior exposure to utility projects, industrial clients, or EPC contracts in Rajasthan is desirable

Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of medium-voltage switchgear and substations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tendering processes.
