💼 Hiring: Field Executive

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct regular field visits for customer meetings, follow-ups, and business coordination
✅ Build and maintain good relationships with customers and clients
✅ Handle customer inquiries, collect feedback, and provide timely support
✅ Coordinate with internal teams regarding field updates and daily activities
✅ Maintain proper records of visits, customer interactions, and reporting work
✅ Submit daily activity reports and update management regarding field progress
✅ Assist in document collection, verification, and submission processes
✅ Promote company services/products during field visits whenever required
✅ Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks and responsibilities
✅ Travel within assigned areas for operational and customer-related activities

Skills Required:

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting work
✔ Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and office staff
✔ Active, confident, and result-oriented personality
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Basic smartphone and MS Excel/Google Sheet knowledge preferred

Eligibility:

🎓 Minimum qualification: Intermediate/Graduate preferred
🧑‍💼 Experience in field work, sales support, customer handling, or coordination will be an added advantage
🏍 Bike and valid Driving License are mandatory

✔ Candidate should be travel-ready and comfortable with field work
✔ Responsible, disciplined, and punctual work attitude required
✔ Knowledge of local areas and routes will be preferred
