Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Generation Lead for the Mould Division specializing in concrete block and paver moulds. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling customer requirements, coordinating with design and production teams, and supporting the development and execution of mould projects for block and paver manufacturing machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Generate new business opportunities for moulds used in concrete block and paver machines.
• Identify potential customers, dealers, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.

Technical Coordination

• Understand customer requirements for mould design and specifications.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for mould development.
• Support clients in selecting suitable moulds for various applications such as:
  • Paver blocks
  • Hollow blocks
  • Solid blocks
  • Kerbstones
  • Fly ash bricks
  • Interlocking tiles

Sales & Commercial Activities

• Prepare quotations and techno-commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and order finalization with customers.
• Follow up for inquiries, orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Customer Support

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for resolution.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate site visits and technical discussions when required.

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with:
  • Production Department
  • Design Team
  • Quality Department
  • Dispatch & Planning Team

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of concrete block and paver mould manufacturing.
• Understanding of block making machines and mould applications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings/designs.
• Good coordination and team management abilities.
• Market knowledge of construction and infrastructure industry.

Qualification:

• Diploma / BE Mechanical
• MBA Marketing (Preferred)

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in concrete block machine, paver machine, mould manufacturing, or related engineering industry.
