Position: HR Executive / HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking to hire an in-house HR professional with strong experience in blue-collar hiring and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid ground-level hiring network, hands-on recruitment experience, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR activities efficiently.

Candidates with prior experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar workforce hiring
• Source candidates through field networks, vendors, references, job portals, and local channels
• Conduct screening, interviews, and coordination for joining formalities
• Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline for ongoing manpower requirements
• Coordinate with operations and management teams for workforce planning
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation
• Manage attendance, employee records, and basic HR operations
• Support day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination
• Maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and local hiring sources

Requirements

• Prior experience in blue-collar hiring is mandatory
• Strong local network and ground-level recruitment experience
• Experience in hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and close positions quickly
• Basic understanding of HR operations and employee management

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in hiring staff such as housekeeping, kitchen staff, delivery staff, helpers, stewards, security, drivers, and other operational workforce
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Result-oriented and proactive approach towards hiring
