Job Description:

Position:        Asst. Manager - HR

Location:       Ahmedabad

Experience:   3 - 5 Years

Industries:    Egineering

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations
  • Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.
  • Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and HR communication programs.
  • Support performance management and employee retention initiatives.
  • Wage & Payroll Preparation
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
  • Ensure accurate wage/salary processing in coordination with payroll/accounts team.
  • Verify statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.
  • Maintain payroll records and MIS reports.
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Handle PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA compliance, etc.
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, and statutory documentation.
  • Maintain compliance registers and records as per legal requirements.
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for staff and operational hiring.
  • Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Work with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • HR Data Analytics & MIS
  • Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
  • Analyze attrition, attendance, manpower, recruitment, and productivity data.
  • Support HR decision-making through data insights and reporting.
  • Maintain employee database and HR documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :-  Upto 5.40 LPA
