Position: Asst. Manager - Talent Acquisition
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities for project-based and infrastructure roles.
- Handle recruitment for positions such as Project Managers, Commissioning Supervisors, Safety Engineers, Safety Officers, Design & Estimation Engineers, and related technical roles.
- Source candidates through digital recruitment platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to understand manpower planning and hiring needs.
- Conduct screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation processes.
- Ensure prompt communication and follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders.
