Job Description:

Job Role – Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit the market using a vehicle for field sales activities.
• Meet dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and end customers.
• Promote and pitch company products effectively.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Generate sales and build strong customer relationships.
• Expand market reach and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work Area

• The working area may include the candidate’s local area or any other suitable assigned territory based on company requirements and convenience.

Fuel Reimbursement

• Fuel reimbursement will be provided as per work requirements and travel needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Candidate should be comfortable with field work and travelling.
• Experience in sanitary, hardware, plumbing, or building material sales will be preferred.
• Interested in learning and implementing effective product selling techniques, especially in sanitary and bathroom solutions, will be preferred.

Working Hours & Timing: Approximately 9:30/10:00 AM to 6:00/6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week Salary & Incentives

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience, skills, and market knowledge)
