Job Description:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle duration.

Dashboard Management: Build and maintain live CRM dashboards using tools like PowerBI.
- Trend Identification: Analyze historical sales and customer shopping data to uncover market patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.

Executive Summaries: Prepare regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports for senior executives.
Forecasting & Pipeline Management
- Revenue Forecasting: Utilize baseline statistical models and historical pipelines to project future sales figures.
- Funnel Optimization: Evaluate lead-to-order conversion rates to help Sales Directors identify bottleneck stages.

Target Setting: Assist leadership in establishing realistic, data-backed monthly and annual sales quotas for the team.
Sales Operations Coordination
- CRM Data Integrity: Oversee the company database to guarantee that client records, pipeline values, and lead distributions remain accurate.

Territory Strategy: Analyze geographical data to help assign fair sales territories and balance manpower workloads.

Process Automation: Improve data capture workflows to reduce administrative overhead for the field sales representatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy

Cross-Department Liaison: Align sales insights with Product Development, and Finance teams to adjust promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Competitor Research: Evaluate external market conditions and competitor pricing metrics to assist in strategic positioning.
- Team Enablement: Translate complex analytical findings into simplified feedback and training points for sales staff to improve close rates.
