Profile                          - Manager/Astt Manager - Project Execution/Management

Desired Qualification   - B. Tech / B. E. (Electrical / Instrumentation)

Experience                  - 4 ~ 7 years of working experience

Base Location              - Noida / Delhi NCR

Travelling                    - Around 90% within India / Outside India

Required skillset          -

Administration -

1. Should be having experience of handling sites with more than 40 head count deputation
2. Should be having experience of handling vendors -
   1. Service vendors for timely services / Supply vendors for timely deliveries
   2. Account reconciliation of vendors / payment processing
3. Should be having experience of required statutory requirement at sites pertaining to man-power gate passes / documentation required for bill submission e. g. ESI / PF etc

Safety -

1. Should be having fair idea about the latest standards of safety protocols including preparing JSAs during the execution
2. Project safety plan & smooth implementation/execution
3. Safety training + Man-power engagement

Execution -

1. Detailed daily planning / reporting
   1. TBT / L4 level planning
   2. Resource / tools / machinery alignment
   3. Communication with customer / vendor
   4. Daily reporting
2. Long term planning / reporting
   1. Broad project planning
   2. Project management documentation - S Curve preparation / Documentation matrix / equipments testing FAT / seeking dispatch clearance /

Technical -

1. Understanding drawing / documentation pertaining to various equipment required to be installed at typical electrical site i.e. HT boards, SF6 breakers, CT/PT, Transformer, Cable Trays, Cable Sizing, Earthing, SCADA etc
2. Should be having fair technical competency / idea about -
   1. HT / 132kV / 220kV switchyard sites
   2. Necessary required CIVIL site management.

• Technical knowhow about the required equipment erection / installation e.g. Transformer, HT board, Isolators, LA, CT/PT, Structures for mounting, Foundation validation

3. Should have knowledge about the various site testing procedures pertaining to Transformer, HT/LT Boars, Relay etc
