Digital Marketing Executive
Job Description:
The company is looking for an experienced, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing professional to manage end-to-end digital marketing activities across multiple digital platforms. The role involves handling social media management, SEO, paid advertising campaigns, B2B marketing initiatives, content creation, and brand-building activities.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, creative, and capable of strengthening the company’s digital presence while generating engagement and qualified business leads.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage, monitor, and regularly update all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Create and publish engaging posts, articles, creatives, reels, videos, and industry-related updates.
Plan monthly content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
Monitor engagement metrics and optimise social media performance.
2. SEO, Google Ads & Meta Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website ranking and organic visibility.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
Improve website traffic, lead generation, and conversion performance.
3. LinkedIn & YouTube Marketing (B2B Focus)
Execute B2B digital marketing campaigns through LinkedIn organic outreach and paid promotions.
Manage YouTube marketing activities, including video optimisation, ad campaigns, and channel growth strategies.
Generate business leads through targeted audience campaigns and digital outreach initiatives.
Build brand awareness and engagement within the B2B ecosystem.
4. Graphic Design & Creative Development
Design professional creatives, banners, brochures, social media posts, and ad visuals.
Work on tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms.
Ensure all creatives align with company branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
Support marketing campaigns with visually engaging content.
5. Content Marketing
Develop engaging short-form and long-form content including blogs, articles, reels, videos, and marketing copies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and convert them into compelling content ideas.
Improve brand awareness and audience engagement through regular content publishing.
Support lead generation initiatives through content-driven campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, and Paid Advertising platforms.
Hands-on experience in Social Media Management and Content Planning.
Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and YouTube Marketing.
Proficiency in graphic designing tools such as Adobe Suite and Canva.
Good understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
Strong communication, creativity, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT, Technology, Consulting, or B2B Services Marketing.
Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Knowledge of video editing tools and short-form video creation will be an added advantage.
Understanding of branding, audience targeting, and performance marketing strategies.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
