Job Description:
Vacant Position: Zonal Sales Manager

Required resources from and for: 1. West Zone- Will be responsible for Maharashtra, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh .2. North Zone- Will be responsible for West UP, Delhi, NCR, Rajasthan, Himachal, Punjab, Haryana, Jammu.

Experience: 6 to 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-4 years handling regional or zonal responsibilities in the hosiery, textiles industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any general stream, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degrees/MBAs are preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hosiery supply chain, garment margins, and seasonal demand cycles (e.g., innerwear, thermals, loungewear).

Channel Management: Ability to negotiate with and manage large distributor networks.
Job Responsibilities

Target Achievement: Drive zone-wide primary and secondary sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Distribution Management: Expand, optimize, and manage the distributor and dealer network. Oversee distributor stock holding and manage channel margins.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Marketing Executives. Conduct performance appraisals and motivate teams to maximize productivity.

Market Expansion: Formulate strategies for penetrating untapped markets and launching new hosiery products or seasonal collections.

Trade Marketing & Branding: Plan and implement retailer promotion schemes, merchandising, and brand visibility campaigns at the point of sale.

Credit Control: Monitor outstanding payments, manage market credit limits, and ensure healthy cash flow and timely collections as per company policy.
