Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure quality compliance.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and finished goods inspections.
- Maintain QA documentation, reports, SOPs, and records.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and Store departments.
- Conduct hygiene audits and ensure sanitation standards.
- Monitor raw material quality and packaging standards.
- Train workers on quality procedures and food safety practices.
- qualiSupport internal and external quality audits.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes in FMCG/Food industry
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI guidelines
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Team coordination and communication skills
